ND Car Sales – Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits
1.1 All deposits made to secure a vehicle are non-refundable.
1.2 A deposit confirms your intent to purchase and will hold the vehicle for an agreed period. Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe may result in the vehicle being released for sale and the deposit forfeited.

2. Administration Fee
2.1 All vehicle purchases are subject to a £30 administration fee.
2.2 This fee covers document processing and associated administrative costs and is non-refundable.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 ND Car Sales accepts payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
3.2 Payments made by credit card will incur an additional percentage fee, which will be clearly stated prior to payment.
3.3 Full payment must be received and cleared before the release or delivery of any vehicle.

4. Vehicle Information
4.1 Every effort is made to ensure that all vehicle descriptions, prices, and details are accurate. However, ND Car Sales reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time.
4.2 Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles prior to purchase. ND Car Sales does not accept liability for issues arising after the sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Deposits and admin fees are strictly non-refundable.
5.2 Refunds for full payments will only be issued if agreed in writing and subject to ND Car Sales’ discretion.

6. General
6.1 By making a deposit or payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 ND Car Sales reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
